Google Play doesn't perrmit to download app withou Wi-Fi connection on Xiaomi phones (MIUI)

Although I have unchecked "Download using Wi-Fi only), there is not any real downloading here, app is still waiting for WiFi connection.

Instuctions:

• Run Downloads app
• Go to the Setting (press menu key)
• Select "Download size limit" and choose "Unlimited"
• Try to install intended app again
